Looking after your Bentley

It’s important to keep your vehicle in good condition, especially if you plan to hand it back at the end of the agreement or trade it in, as further charges may apply if there is any damage.

We recommend you read our Fair Wear and Tear guidelines:

Regular servicing will enable you to get the best possible resale price. To keep your vehicle in top condition please ensure that the vehicle is only serviced and maintained by an authorised Bentley Retailer or authorised repairer, and tyres are replaced in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Annual mileage

There is an agreed annual mileage for your agreement. If you exceed this and decide to hand back the vehicle at the end of the term, there will be a charge for excess mileage used. You can see the details of these charges on your agreement.

Completing your agreement

We’ll contact you four months (prior), then two months prior and again one month before the end of your agreement to remind you of your options and help you decide what to do next. Your Bentley Retailer may also contact you within that time to assist you and answer any questions.

If you plan to part-exchange your vehicle, please contact your Retailer well in advance of the end of your agreement to ensure that your next vehicle is ordered and delivered to your Retailer before your final payment is due.
